Have you ever mistakenly purchased a duplicate tool? Have you ever found yourself unintentionally doubling up on tools? Perhaps you've accumulated supplies with grand plans that never quite materialized, or maybe you've transitioned away from a particular hobby, yet the materials and tools still linger. If you're nodding along, and I know you are, you're not alone – we've all been there more than once, right?
Well, here's a thought that emerged from the last Friday Night Social: why not make our usual Friday Night Social into a "destashing" event? Picture this – a free-for-all where you can swap items with fellow "serial crafters". Whether you're want to trade or prefer a cash exchange, it's entirely up to you. Of course, we anticipate that things might spiral a bit out of control (no judgment, just pointing out the obvious), let's keep it in check by setting a limit: one storage box per participant, measuring no more than 15 x 12 x 10 inches. How does that sound for a clutter-busting and community-building Friday Night Social?
Donate for a good cause
Bring all your unused hotel toiletries and we will put it together to create a care package for a local women's shelter. If you have gift bags (just the bags) that you can donate please let me know.
