Description: Enameling isn’t just for traditional fabrication—this TWO DAY champlevé enamel workshop is designed specifically to enhance your metal clay work. I’ll guide you through each step of the process, from creating detailed recesses in metal clay to finishing with vibrant, glassy enamel for a polished, professional result.
Materials included in price: Japanese enamels for use during class, 25g Art Clay Silver 999, sterling silver bail for the finished pendant, enamel brush, glass stir rod, washing dish, washing spoon, pipette, template, sanding sponges, use of needed tools and consumables.

Instructor: Terri Hickey
Skill Level: Intermediate, must have previous metal clay and enamel experience.
Required Tools and Material to be brought by student:
- Basic metal clay tools – roller, rolling slats, clay pick, teflon work surface.
- Fine tweezers
- Sanding sponges for metal clay
- Recommended paint brushes
- Enameling tools: enameling brushes, glass stir rods, washing spoons. **This is also available as a kit from the instructor for $$$$**.
- Magnifying glasses (as needed)
