Return Policy
A full refund will be given for all defective items. Requests for Return must be made within 10 days of the delivery and is required for all returns. Approved returns must be received in our offices within 7 days.
To return items to The Urban Beader, follow these steps:
- Within 10 days of delivery, call our Toll Free line at 888.578.2450 and ask to speak to a representative about a return.
- A representative will assign you a Return Authorization Request Code.
- Package and ship the items (in bubble wrap or padding, along with the Return Authorization Request Code) to this address:

- The package must arrive within 7 days after your Return Request Code is assigned for you to receive a refund.
- The product must be received in the same condition you received them.
- Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (i.e. packing paper/bubble wrap, no broken containers or missing parts. This pertains to all orders.

You can also use your ATM/check card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo. Payment not received within 3 days will be subject to cancellation without notice.

Inventory and Stock Status - It is our policy to show most items on our website in stock at all times. If an item is backordered for a substantial period of time (3-4 weeks) we will notify you. All orders will ship out minus the backordered item with notification in your package. Backordered item will ship out as soon as it is in stock. We recommend that you email or call us to verify inventory information if an item you wish to purchase is time critical.
Welcome to The Urban Beader, we are supply company specializing in metal stamping and jewelry making tools. We manufacture and design our own stamps (square shape) with a high quality tool hardened steel to assure a fantastic impression. Our metal stamps are so well made you won’t need to hammer as hard to achieve an outstanding impression.
Don't be fooled by other stamp sets. Our sets may be a little higher in price but with it you get a higher quality product. Our metal stamps are more precise and measure 59-61 on the rockwell hardness scale. Making the Urban Beader punches the hardest on the market, as opposed to cheaper sets with only 46-54 rockwell hardness. So you guessed it, our metal stamps will last longer and are made with a deeper design for a much clearer impression.

Shipping Policy
All orders shipped within the United States will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail between 1-3 business days. Please inform us if you would like to add insurance. Orders outside the continental United States will be shipped via International Priority to better assure it's delivery to buyer's location. All International customers are responsible for any duties/fees/charges upon receipt of the order.
