Return Policy

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect contents and notify us immediately of any discrepancy or damage for return. Please call for return authorization at 888.578.2450. This will allow us to serve you in a more efficient manner. We can replace, exchange or refund for any purchase which is incorrect, damaged or defective in any way. All other returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return authorizations will only be given within 30 days of receipt of goods. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping costs.

Returned items must be in a secure, padded envelope or adequate box. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. The Urban Beader is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.
